Paneer Kishti

paneer-kishti

Made this for a potluck dinner that I was attending. Took a bit of inspiration from cuisines/dishes that I really like from Argentina, South Korea, China, and India. The paneer is made “bhurji” style, fried with onions and peppers and a bit of garam masala. In India, paneer is softer so it’s crumbled, which is hard to do with paneer in Sweden, so I cut it really fine. Then, I braised it with a gochujang and soy sauce mix and topped it with chimichurri. The little tubs were bought, not made. I named it Paneer Kishti, since kishti is a boat in Hindi.
