Week 34

Sorry for the pun. Thin piece today.

Mostly washed out of thoughts getting repeatedly caught in the rain this week. Deloading training, trying to not fall further off the feeling of being already off by some. Deloading stuff, things as well in an effort to clean out the old to make room for the new. An anticipation of movement. Pack, move, unpack—a ritual, again this week.

Going a bit against the flow. Planning travel more than I usually do. Looking forward to time off in the Southern summer, taken in what seems to now be the Swedish fall starting. Soliciting Portugal recommendations.

Expensive month, homemade panang curry is a real lifesaver. Convinced that good health comes from good gut comes from good food. Indulge yourself.
